30-20-10 Box Jumps, 24/20″
*Scale for Muscle ups is 2 pullups (any style) + 1 ring dip (or 2 bar dips)

  1. Sorry to all who were waiting for me Tuesday morning. I unexpectedly had to take some of the kids to daycare and wasn’t able to get in to the Fred in time.

    Did B at lunch – 9:44, as Rx. Slow on the MU, but still happy with building those up – most I’ve done in one day since before aggravating my back.

    Did A at Tucker after work. 7:44, Rx. Definitely happy – most I’ve power cleaned in over 3 months, and back felt great.
