Thursday, 11-6-14 – Recovery Day

First, congrats to both John L. and Karl C. for getting their CrossFit Level 1 certificates. For those of you keeping track, that’s at least 6 current or former CrossFit 89ers who have gone on to get their L1s. (Now go out and train some people how to move.)

Get an active recovery in – warm up, mobilize (foam roll/band stretch/lax ball), work on some “goats.” Or, make up a WOD that you missed earlier in the week.

I’ll be in at the usual times (0745 and at lunch) to make warm up, get some squats in that I missed, and mobilize. Hope to see you there.

  1. Did the squats from Wednesday (8 x 4) in the morning…did 220, 220, 231, 231, 242, 242, 242, 242

    Lunch – did a 10 min EMOM of HSPU – 3 HSPU every minute. Was only able to keep that up until the 6th minute, and did 2 for the rest of the WOD. Still working on that as a goat.
