First, an upcoming event. Next Saturday (November 15th), RedPoint CrossFit will be holding a Hero WOD fundraiser in memory of Alex Viola, a Green Beret and former member of RedPoint who was KIA in Afganistan on November 17th, 2013. I encourage all of you to go – I’ll be there. (Though I wasn’t close with Alex, I did know him and knew him to be not only a great athlete, but an awesome person.)
