I unfortunately won’t be able to be at the morning session – work stuff. I’ll be at the lunch session to coach and warm up a bit…that APFT that was supposed to be last week is now Wednesday morning.
You can split up these two workouts between a morning and lunch session, but you don’t really need to, time-wise.
A. “Team DT”
Teams of two. One athlete complete a full round before switching.
AMRAP 12 of:
12 Deads, 155/105
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105
6 Jerks, 155/105
So…Athlete 1 will do all 12 deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, and 6 Jerks (1 Round). Then Athlete 2 goes. Keep switching between partners until the 12 minutes is up.
50 unbroken Double unders
– If you don’t have double unders yet, work on them for 10 minutes. (And order yourself a rope if you don’t already have one.)
