I won’t be in for the morning session, but as mentioned, I’ll be giving a short rowing clinic at noon at Frederick. Try to get warmed up prior to that.
If you can’t make it, remember to do SOMETHING today – at least warm up. Some good mobilization (especially on the quads after yesterday’s WOD) and stretching is in order. If you’re feeling froggy, make up a WOD that you missed earlier in the week.
