It’s Saturday – which means I’m going to recommend that you go to one of the many local private affiliates in the Fort Bragg area and check ’em out.  (I encourage you to look them up and see what there hours are/find out if they have a drop-in fee, etc.) Many (if not all) have a free class Saturday type of deal.

If that just isn’t in the cards today, head into the Fred (or Tucker) today and do this little ditty:

A. At 0:00
AMRAP 5:
10 TTB
10 Hand Release Push ups
10 Power Snatches, 95/65

Rest 5 minutes

B. At 10:00
AMRAP 4:
10 TTB
10 Hand Release Push ups
10 Power Snatches, 95/65

Rest 4 minutes

C. At 18:00
AMRAP 3:
10 TTB
10 Hand Release Push ups
10 Power Snatches, 95/65

Rest 3 minutes

D. At 24:00
AMRAP 2:
10 TTB
10 Hand Release Push ups
10 Power Snatches, 95/65

Rest 2 minutes

E. At 28:00
AMRAP 1:
10 TTB
10 Hand Release Push ups
10 Power Snatches, 95/65

(I’ll save you the math…it’ll take you 29 minutes to do this. Stick strictly to the working time and resting time.)
