Skills
3×10 unbroken Wall Balls, 30/20 – rest as needed between sets
4×25 unbroken Wall Balls, 20/14 – rest as needed between sets

If you’re not able to hit those numbers yet, do 7 sets of max unbroken wallballs with 2 minutes rest in between each set.

B.) (1145 at the Fred):
Teams of 2 (1 athlete works at a time)
3 rounds:
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Muscle Cleans (88/56)
50 Box Jumps Overs (24/20)
50 Burpees
50 Calorie Row
Rest 1:00 Between Rounds
