  1. Great energy in the gym today – loving that we took up 5 platforms.

    Here’s what I’m tracking for Nick and me…may be off on the 3 min AMRAPs by 1 or 2.


    Glad I had Nick and his overhead prowess to carry us on the jerks.

    B. Ended up just working on my Sots Press, an admitted weakness of mine. Did 3 x 5 @ 45#, behind the neck due to shoulder mobility issue.
