We will again go shortly after 1200 at The Fred.

A. Clean and Jerk
1. work up to a single at 95%
2. 2×2 at 85%

B. Teams of 3
AMRAP 25:
3K Row
100 Dumbbell Snatches (70/50)
30 Thrusters (75/55)
30 Thrusters (95/65)
30 Thrusters (115/80)
30 Thrusters (135/95)
30 Thrusters (155/105)
Max Thrusters (185/135) in Time Remaining
1 athlete works at a time – split up as desired.

We’ll use one rower for each team.
For the dumbbell snatches, use the power blocks…BUT NO DROPPING THEM.
I do know that few folks will be able to do thrusters at the higher weights. We’ll talk about how to scale this at the workout. (Don’t worry, no one will just be standing around…you’ll continue to work throughout the 25 minutes.)

  1. This was a great WOD, and I am glad my team kept me motivated. I came up 10 pounds short on the dumbbell snatch but I will continue to work on it

    1. Got up to 220, which is a little below 95% of my all-time 1RM.
    2. Did 198# – happy with it, felt pretty solid.

    B. Did this with Nick, cutting the reps to 2K row, 66 DB Snatch, and 20 of each of the thrusters – got to 7 total reps at 185.
