Won’t be in on Monday, but Nick plans on being there about 1215 – again, to do all of it.

1. Conditioning
2,000m Row for time
*Try to keep the same pace throughout the 2000m.

2. Snatch
EMOMx8: 1 Snatch at 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 75%, 80%, 85%
*Here’s a hint: have all your plates laid out prior to starting.
**If you don’t have your squat snatch yet, do them all power snatch, and work from your 1RM power snatch.

3. Squat
2×3 Front Squats

    No rower to be found here. Also no bumpers.

    Did happen upon a little boutique “gym.” Did the front squats – 275/295; used over half their weights.

    And did this: 10 min climbing ladder of:
    2 alt DB snatch (50#)
    2 alt pistol squats
    4 DB snatch
    4 Pistols…etc

    Only got through the 10s plus 3 DB snatch. Have definitely lost a bit on my pistols.

    Can’t wait to get back to the Fred!
