Friday, 1-2-15 – Frederick Closed

Frederick Gym is closed tomorrow for the training holiday; Tucker should be open 0500-2200.

I’ll be on the road tomorrow, and there aren’t currently any plans for any coaches to go in of which I know. (Coaches, please post if you plan on going in.)

15 Snatches, 95/65
15 Box Jumps, 24/20

15 Snatches, 135/95
15 Box Jumps, 24/20
AMRAP Snatches, 155/105
*Go as far as you can in 12 minutes.  These can be any style snatch – muscle, power, or squat. For those weights that do not include “big” plates, take the bar below your knees for the start of each rep.

2. Skills
Wall Balls
24-21-18-15-12-9-6-3 unbroken reps for time at 30/20
*No, I don’t know if Tucker has 30# med balls…check at the desk.
