Tuesday, 1-6-15

Won’t be able to make it to the lunch session, so I’ll be in around 0700 to try to get both 1 & 2 in.

Morning (0745ish):
1. Conditioning
“Team Power Drill”
Teams of two, 5 Rounds each of:
5 HSPU
10 Power Clean, 135/95
15 Burpees
20 KBS, 1.5-pood/1-pood
25 Wall Balls, 20,14
one athlete completes a full round while the other rests, then switch.

Lunch (1145):
2. Skills
EMOMx10
Odd: Snatch Balance + Sotts Press + 2 OHS
Even: 50 Double unders
*Scale for the Double unders is 45 seconds of single unders.

Post Time for 1. and Load for the Snatch Complex and number of Double/Single Unders per minute for 2. to comments.

  1. 1. Didn’t have a teammate, so did 1:1 rest for each round; only made it through 3 rounds before I needed to get to work; that was in 29 minutes and change.
    2. Ran out of time, hit it up on Thursday morning.
