*Power Clean weight increases each round.

Round 3 – 185/135
Round 4 – 205/145
Round 5 – AMRAP at 225/155
*For the lateral bar burpees, you do NOT have to come to full extension at the top of each burpee – you just have to get over the bar.

  1. Cruz and I did the lower weight and finished 3 rounds and were on rep 5 of the burpee thingers when the time ran out.
