– If you don’t have your HSPU yet, spend 15 minutes working on progressions. HS Holds, HSPU to a target less than full depth (i.e. hands on floor, plate(s) under head, head touches plate), etc.

1145 at the Fred:

30 Cal Row
15 Deads, 225/155
30 Wall Balls, 20/14

– I’ll bring a couple extra 20# med balls.
