Second Rest Day

Though some of you may feel like a “Second Rest Day” following whatever debauchery in which you participated during the Super Bowl, we indeed get back to work on Monday. I should be in for both sessions.

0745ish at the Fred:
1. Oly/Strength
A. EMOMx10: 2 Squat Snatches
B. Work up to a heavy Snatch Grip Push Press
C. work up to a heavy set of 3 Overhead Squats

1145 at the Fred:
2. Conditioning
AMRAP 15:
1 Clean and Jerk, 155/105
1 Round of “Cindy”
2 Clean and Jerks, 155/105
1 Round of “Cindy”
3 Clean and Jerks, 155/105
1 Round of “Cindy”
…continue to add 1 CJ after every round of “Cindy”

  1. 1. A. 135 for squat snatch EMOM. Failed on the 2nd rep of minute 2, but all others were TnG
    B. 165 on SG PP
    C. 175 on 3 rep OHS

    2. 7 rounds + 1 C&J…got heavy quick. Did the pull-ups UB butterfly, so was happy with that.
