Sign up for the Open. We now have 5 team members.

Just remember…whether or not you sign up for the Open, you’ll be doing the workouts anyway, because they’ll be in our programming anyway. Might as well register and see how you do against everyone else in the world who is also registered. (It’s currently at over 94,000…with more than 3 1/2 weeks left for registration.)

Should be in for both sessions.

0745ish at the Fred:
1. Skills
odd: 10 OHS with 2-second pause at the bottom – you choose the weight.
Even: 50 Double unders

1145ish at the Fred:
2. Conditioning
2 RFT:
25 Box Jumps, 24/20″
20 C2B
10 Squat Snatch, 135/95

  1. 1. 88# on the EMOM…a lot tougher than I thought it would be (especially on the quads/hip flexors). Still should have gone a but heavier. Have done better on the DUs…none of the sets were UB.
    2. 18:47. Had to scale lots on the HSPU; finished those with an abmat, a 10kg plate, and a 15kg plate underhead. Only golden spot was that I was able to do 2 sets of 3 TnG squat snatches on the last set of 10.

  2. i did it on saturday
    A:3×10 80% b. squats 242
    B: Emom 88lbs over head squat… went unbroken in the DU except on the last one.
    C: 11:55 with 132 lbs power snatches
    need to learn how to kip on the Hspu
