  1. I did an EMOM clean and jerk today –
    Min 1-5 @ 125#
    Min 6-10 @ 135#
    Min 11-15 @ 145#

    Then 6×2 backsquats @ 180#

    For the WOD..

    3×3 @ 60: 112
    3×2 @ 70: 132
    2×1 @ 75: 143
    2×1 @ 80: 150
    3×1 @ 85: 160
    2×1 @ 90: 170
    (Based off a 188 1RM). Misses…very happy with that…but never satisfied.

    2. Not enough time for the C&J.

    3. 21:03 on the METCON. Double unders were not my friends today (neither was breathing). Lost some time in changing out weights each time, but probably about only 4-5 minutes. Awesome job killing that one, Whitney!

  3. 3. 16:45 110 pounds OHS slow progress for this lift… i tent to shy away from OHS. also need to get more consistant with the DU especially when I’m tired…. whitney i need some of that preworkout you are taking.. you are killing it

  4. Did 15:14 on the Metcon with 88lbs for the OHS (my first time doing these with more than the bar) and 220 for the DL. I also single under a bunch of them as well. I still havent quite figured out the DU yet.
