  1. Knocked it out was on round 4 and had DL left IOT complete round 4. Did them all unbroken but lost some time transitioning between the exercise due to the set up of Fredericks.

    273 x 5 x 4
    293 x 3 x 1
    312 x 2 x 2
    351 x 2 x 1
    Knocked the AMRAP out in 4 rounds. Good day. Good job everyone.
