So, today was a “forced rest day” for most of us. (After losing power TWICE trying to post this, I am now posting this from my phone in my truck.)

Here’s a WOD you can either do at your house (assuming you have the equipment) or make it up on Thursday during our regular rest day:

15 OHS 115/80

Snatch Grip Push Press + Snatch Balance + OHS – you choose the weight.
