0745 at the Fred:
1. Gymnastics Skills
“Death by Muscle up”
Every minute, on the minute, complete an ascending ladder of Muscle ups. 1 rep the first minute, 2 the second and so on…
*If you don’t have your muscle ups yet, take 10-15 minutes of concentrated work on them.

2. Conditioning
3 RFT:
10 Deadllifts, 275/185
10 Bar Facing Burpees

1145 at Tucker  (Setup is better for the WOD)
3. Conditioning
AMRAP 8:
15 Cal Row
15 Wall Balls, 20/14

Post results for part 1 (number of rounds/if you get your first MU), time for part 2, and number of rounds for part 3 to comments.

  1. Snatch technique work beforehand (no jumping / fast pop of hips) to 176, then 4:05 on the deadlft workout. Just tried to not lose by too much to Dave!!

  2. did some snatching and clean and jerks first… muscle up practice for about 15 min… then 3:07 @ 167 for conditioning. Post closed, so didn’t do the second half.

  3. Due to weather, only got part 2 done. REALLY wanted sub-3…tied Whitney at 3:07. Was on a good pace to make it, but died in the 3rd round.
