1. Power Snatch, Power Clean OR Thruster – (Pick the ONE that you’re worst at)
EMOM x 7, Climbing in weight:
Min 1: 7 reps
Min 2: 6 reps
Min 3: 5 reps
Min 4: 4 reps
Min 5: 3 reps
Min 6: 2 reps
Min 7: 1 rep

2. Conditioning
4 RFT:
12 Jerks, 135/95
12 Box Jumps, 24/20
12 Cleans, 135/95
12 C2B Pull ups
