Thursday, 3-5-15 – Recovery Day

Come in, warm up really well, and work out the kinks from the last few days. (Static stretching, foam rolling, band stretching, and voodoo band flossing will be the order of the day.) Tonight will be the announcement of Open WOD 15.2, and we’ll hit that up tomorrow (Friday)…you’ll want to be good and loose for that one, and definitely don’t want DOMS hitting you on Friday from Wednesday’s madness.

I should be in for both the morning (0745) and lunchtime (1145) sessions.
