Thursday, 3-19-15 – Recovery Day

It’s Thursday, so that means (for most of us) that we need to come in, warm up better than we usually do, and stretch/mobilize/do some light work on weaknesses. (I know that Caroline has a slightly different work/rest schedule, so she should be in for the 0845 crew to do some work.)

Please don’t take this as a “day off” (unless work or other responsibilities require it)…good recovery today is more important for your body (and the Open WOD tomorrow) than yesterday’s work.

I will be in for the morning session, but can’t make it to lunch.
