I won’t be able to make it in for this, unfortunately. Post to comments when you’d like to head in so that others can join.

1. Conditioning
Teams of 3 complete 2 rounds of:
3 mins of Power Snatch (95/65)
3 mins of Burpees over Bar
3 mins of Overhead Squats (95/65)

3 mins of Pull-Ups

*If you end up doing this with fewer than 3 people, drop to the corresponding number of minutes per movement…ie 2 people, 2 minutes each movement.

  1. It was only myself and one other guy whom I happen to know through Bible Study. I forgot to keep track of the number of reps we completed but we didnt take any breaks and it turned out to be a pretty fun workout.
