I’m on leave all this week (looking for housing) in Kansas, but will still post the WODs as usual.

1. Strength
2 Squat Snatches, you choose the weight

2. Conditioning
“Nasty Girls”
3 RFT:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle ups

10 HPC, 135/95

*Set a time cap of 25 minutes on this one. Scale for MUs is 3:1 pull-ups and dips…don’t think that you can’t scale in the middle after doing some MUs, too.

  1. HEaded to Tucker time meow. They dont have rings apparently and their pull up bar is down so I will improv on the MUs
