And just now I’m realizing that the WOD never posted yesterday. My apologies! I hope you all were able to get it from CompTrain.

Lots of snatch technique work today! Don’t rush it…take your time to concentrate on every rep. (Remember, intensity is not always measured in how hard you are breathing.)

1. Overhead Squat
work up to a heavy single

2. Snatch Balance

work up to a heavy single

*Can be a heavin snatch balance

3. Hang Squat Snatch
work up to a heavy single

4. Push Press

4×8, climbing

  1. Kept it light with everything did 110#s. Worked with Joe and Nick on my technique with all the lifts. Did 154 on the push press for set 4 and ran out of time.
