I’ll be scaling this one myself.

  1. Our group is gonna be a going away lunch and will probably miss out on this epic smokefest. We also had a five miler this morning.

  2. The met-con was serious. We did 2 rounds. Ran out of time. Scaled the front squats (trying to fix my squat form, not going heavy anytime soon).
