Thursday, 4-16-15 – Recovery Day

Make sure you get a good warmup in and mobilize…the last three days have featured some pretty good WODs, and your body will thank you for it. I’ll be in at both usual sessions doing just that and some accessory work.

I you happened to miss one of the WODs in the last few days, you can also make that up.

Lastly, on Friday we will bid a (temporary) farewell to Whitney before she takes off for a couple of months. You’ll want to be there.
