3 sets of max reps OHS at 185/135

2. Conditioning
5 RFT:
10 Handstand Push ups
10 Ring Dips
10 Push ups
250m Row

(I bumped the row down to 250 to account for the trip up and down the stairs.)

  1. Hey all, needless to say this is going to be shoulder intensive. I will be arriving 30 min early to begin some shoulder mobility. I plan to take our time on OHS if we wish to do them as prescribed.

  2. Unfortunately our baby sitter plans fell through so I am gonna send Linz there and I am gonna hang out with the heathens. This is a tailored to Aaron METCON too bad I am gonna miss it 😦

  3. Lindsey and I knocked this out. It was death on the last set.

    Lindsey finished in 13 mins, I finished in 22. Ring dips into push-ups was murder!!

    Great WOD, the best part was the post-WOD swole selfie 😉
