Thursday, 4-23-15 Recovery Day

Come on in and get a warmup in and mobilize/stretch. Make up a WOD (like I will in the morning for Wednesday’s Row that I didn’t get a chance to do), or work on a skill. 

I’ll be in for the breakfast (0745) sesh, but not lunch.

  1. Im gonna be busy at lunch unfortunately. I did order a jump rope and weight belt thinger though tonight. Hopefully double unders are forthcoming now.

    • Stupid phone. As I was saying…got a new PR at 1:21.8 – previous was 1:25 something (1:25.5, I think). Definitely wasn’t planning on that…happily surprised.
