First, an announcement: due to Childcare issues, Caroline can’t do the 0845 weekday sessions any more, though she’ll still run a Saturday WOD for anyone interested (and join us weekdays of long weekends). 

We’ll hit parts 1 and 2 in the morning, with the warmup starting about 0700. Part 3 we’ll do at lunch (1145ish).

1. Snatch
A. 5×2 Power Snatch
B. 5×2 Low Hang Snatch Pull
C. 5×2 Snatch Grip Push Press from behind neck

2. Gymnastics
3 sets of the following Bar Complex:
6 TTB + 5 C2B + 4 TTB + 3 C2B – all without coming off the bar

3. Conditioning
For time:
5 Rounds of Cindy
20 Squat Snatches, 115/95
5 Rounds of Cindy

1 round of “Cindy” = 5 pull ups + 10 Push up + 15 Squats

Post loads for Part 1, success/failure for part 2, and time for part 3.

  1. Knocked out the METCON in 11:49. I admittedly had a couple suspect squat snatches in there haha Considering these were the first legit squat snatches I ever did a couple of no reps aint too bad

  2. 1.a. Can’t remember each weight, but I know I my last set was 155.
    b. Last set at 210.
    c. Last set at 160.

    2. Didn’t get to part 2…still need to do that one!

    3. 15:58 for the METCON.
