I will be in for both sessions, but will only be hitting up part 1, as I have my 5-mile run on Wednesday.

work up to a heavy Power Clean + Squat Clean

2. Conditioning
5 RFT:
5 Burpee Box Jumps, 18″
15 OHS, 75/55
200m Run
