Friday, 5-8-15 – Frederick CLOSED

Not sure if anyone will be around tomorrow due to my leave out of town and various jumps, etc….but here’s the WOD. You’ll need to do it at Tucker, as The Fred is closed for a Corps training holiday.

1. Clean
5×3 Squat Cleans

2. Strength
3×3 Back Squat

3. Conditioning
4 rounds for time of:
25-calorie row
16 chest-to-bar pull-ups*
9 strict handstand push-ups

*There aren’t any pull-up rigs at Tucker anymore – you’ll need to use the squat rack bars…which means doing regular pull-ups. (You’ll see what I mean when you see them.)

Post loads for 1 and 2 and time for 3 to comments.
