I should be at the Fred for both the breakfast (0745 – parts 1 and 2) and the lunch (1145 – part 3) sessions. I have heard a rumor that Nick may also make appearances at those times as well!

1. Snatch
2×3 at 75%
3×2 at 80%
1×1 at 85%

You should attempt to make the sets of multiples touch and go…and yes, try to make them SQUAT snatches.

2. Strength
3×3 Back Squat

3. Conditioning
5 RFT:
11 Power Snatches, 95/65

  1. The prodigal Nick returns? I am gonna try and go in at 0700ish. Ill probably miss you but Im gonna try and knock out 1 and 2 in the morning.

  2. I did 120, 132, and 143 for the snatch thinger and I did 220 for the 3×3 with squats. Cruz did 244ish (We think) on the 3×3. The METCON I finished in 15:48 and that sucker was BRUTAL.
