I should be in for both sessions on Monday – part 1 at breakfast, part 2 at lunch.

Admin note: Tuesday thru Friday of this week, I will only be in during the lunch sessions.

1. Clean
EMOMx10: Power Clean + Squat Clean, climbing

2. Conditioning
AMRAP 12:
100 Double unders
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
30 Clusters, 135/95
10 Muscle ups

A “cluster” is a squat clean into a thruster, each rep taken from the ground.
