Get in, warm up, and loosen up. (Or, if you’ve already had what I like to call a “forced rest day,” come in and make up a missed WOD. I’ll be in at lunch.

  1. Coming in to knock out the Clusters WOD at lunch. I am not gonna lie, I am pretty sore from the PT test and the team wod yesterday but oh well! Gonna get after it!
