WOD for 17July

I will be doing some kayak PT tomorrow AM. That’s right. Kayak PT. 
Three things to accomplish:

1. Push Press 5RM then 4×5 at 90% of 5RM. Try to make your 5RM 2.5-5lbs or more heavier than last week. 

2. Fight Gone Bad

3 rounds for max reps of:

1 min Wall Balls 14/20

1 min Sumo Deadlift High pull 55/75

1 min Box Jumps, men and women 20’’

1 min Push Press 55/75

1 min Row for Cals

1 min Rest

Score: total reps

3. Three super sets of:

10-15 GHD Sit Ups

4-8 Glute ham raises (we didn’t get to this on Wed)
