WOD for 20July 

For our Monday fun, we are continuing to plug away at a BarbellShrugged linear strength program with MetCons from Ben Bergeron at Competitorstraining.com. Enjoy!

0645 AM Session

1. Push Press – 3RM then 4×3 at 90% of 3RM. 

2. 50 toes to bar for time (Kipping or strict).

1145 Lunch Session

1. Clean – 4 reps at 60%/70%/80%/90%/90%/90% of your 1RM. 

2. Tabata Row (8 rounds of 20s of work and 10s of rest) for max distance.

  1. I cant wait to get back to our program!! Ive been hitting the local gyms and loving it but I am ready for the usual crew and programming.
