WOD for 29July

1. Push press 3RM then 4×3 at 90% of your 3RM. 
2. Hang power clean and jerk 1RM. 
3. From the CrossFit Games Masters/teens division:

3 rounds for time:

100 double unders 

7 hang power clean and jerks (185/115#)

    15 53 pound kettlebell swings
    15 deficit pushups. (Hands on a 25 pound plate)
    and a 200 Hillsprint (100 up and 100 down0

    Did it in 10:10
