I will be on leave until Friday this week. So hot these up and I will see you all soon. 

1.  Back Squat

8 sets × 4 reps

*Start at 60% of 1RM and gradually increase weight each set
2. For time:

21-15-9

Power Clean, (105/155)

Bar Facing Burpee

—rest 3 minutes, then—

150 double unders

    I did this whole on leave today:
    1. Last set 305# (missed rep 4 at 315#)
    2. 7:20 Rx
    3. 1:21
    4. Then added 10×400 sprints at the end (weird I know… I need to work on run speed)
