sorry for the late post! Today’s workout is simple and straightforward. But no less grueling!
1. Strict Press
5-4-3-2-1 reps at your 5RM for two title rounds. Rest as needed between sets. Do 5, then rest, do 4, etc. Keep the weight the same (ie your 5RM).
2. 3 rounds for time of:
20 box jumps (24/20″)
10 Push Press (135/95#) – no push jerks here. Push press only.
3. Weighted sit ups
3×20. Grab a 70# KB and have fun.
