WOD for 14Aug

Meet at Tucker for lunch session!!
Alright peeps. Today will be an epic ending to our week of training. Epic meaning amazing and fun wrapped in three physical tasks. 

1. 2 rounds for time (for those who took Thursday as a rest day):

20 Back Squats (200/140#)

20 Ring Dips (strict or kipping)

2. For time

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlifts (275/185#)

1x 15′ Legless rope climb + 1x 15′ Rope climb (with or without legs) after each set  

3. Optional / Not for time 

Four sets of:

12 DB Row each arm

Max reps clapping push ups
