WOD for 17Aug

Workouts will be at the Fred today. I think most people will get this stuff done at lunch primarily. Post below if you are coming in during the AM session as well. 
1. Conditioning

5 rounds for time of:

Row 300m (strong, steady pulls; keep the strokes-per-minute below 30). 

35 double unders

2. Front Squat

Build to a 7RM, then hit 3 sets of 7 at 90% of your 7RM. Don’t take more than 15 minutes here. 

3. Cash-out

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of: Pull ups!

  1. Ohhhh my that was rough!!!! 14:49 on row and DUs and 72 pull ups in 5 minutes!!!! Legs are still a bit sore from last week. Good work team 😛.
