1. 5 sets of [5 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks]. Work up to a heavy weight and use it for all five sets… Give or take 10%. 

2. “Black and Blue”

10 Power Cleans, 135/95

10 Burpees
3. Stretch and Mobilize what’s sore.
