WOD for 2Aug

Since we all missed out on the Push Press workout portion yesterday, you will notice that it is back today so we can get it done.
  

1. Push press 3RM then 4×3 at 90%
   

2. AMRAP in 10 minutes 

10 shoulder to overhead (155/105#)

30 air squats 

20 Push ups

15 box jumps (24/20″)
