WOD for 2Sept

Lots to do today. Follow the list in order and if you have to cut something out, cut out the “optional” stuff. 


1. Include this in your warm-up: 

3x 30 reps: Ring Rows


2. Push Press 5RM and then 3×5 at 90% of your 5RM. 

We did a 3RM last week. Remember: You “make your money” on those 3 sets of 5 being solid but real challenging. Don’t rush through this if you are looking to add strength to your lifts. 


3. Conditioning 

EMOM x15

Minute one: 10 Wall Ball Shots 30/20#

Minute two: 10 Burpees 

Minute three: 5 Power Snatch (135/95#)

*Repeat for 15 minutes*
