WOD for 8Sept

Welcome back! Hope Labor Day weekend was glorious for you all. 

  

Let’s get to work. 

  

1. Pressing Complex: Accumulate 7-10 sets, with the final 4 sets at 105% (ish) of your 5RM push press. 

1 clean + 2 Push Press + 1 Push/split Jerk 

**any clean is ok (power clean or squat) and you can pick between push jerk and split jerk. 

  

2. AMRAP in 15 minutes

10 box jumps (24/20″) 

30′ overhead walking lunge (25kg/15kg plate)

1 clean and jerk (80-85% of your 1RM clean and jerk – these need to be heavy but pretty… Very pretty)
