WOD for 11Sept

There are a lot of great 9-11 workouts out there. Today, our program is pretty simple. I will be gone Friday-Sunday, so enjoy!


1. Snatch 

3 reps x2 sets at: 50%, 60%, 70%

2 reps x1 set at: 75%, 85%


2. Clean complex: 2 full cleans + 1 split jerk

3 sets at 80% of 1RM clean and jerk 


3. Optional 

10 sets

10 pull ups 

10 push ups

  1. I worked up to 132 on the snatches. I couldn’t figure out what 80% of 165 was.
    I did the cleans at 176
    and did the METCON in 6:30.
    Was a solid workout.
