WOD for 29Sept

This is going to be a lot. Just sayin. But you can handle it. 


1. Snatch training: 

At roughly 75-80% of your 1 RM snatch

3 snatch high pulls + 1 (squat) snatch x4-5 sets 


2. Granite games qualifier 15.3

AMRAP in 17 minutes 

50 cal row 

50 wall ball shots (20/14#)

50 shoulder to overhead (115/85#)

50 box jumps (24/20″)

  1. That. Sucked. But in a good way.

    I made it into the second round. I got 46 cals on the row in round 2. My fault, I coulda paced faster but for some reason thought I was ending at 1238 instead of 1235 so I was pacing myself until “oh crap I have 45 seconds left” hit. Then I rowed like Dave Hudson for the last 45.

    It was a good workout to keep moving on minus the shoulders to overhead. Had to break on those.
