WOD for 5Oct

See you all at 11:30 at the Fred. 

  

1. Back squat 

5 sets of 3 reps at 80% of your 1RM. Every set counts. 

  

2. AMRAP in 12 minutes 

7 Squat Cleans (135/95#)

200m shuttle sprint (down and back on green terf x2) 

  

3. Optional (not for time)

50 toes to bar

50 GHD sit ups

  1. Got through 6 sets and started on the run on 7. Legs felt like cement on the run but it was a good workout. I may have had a slightly different opinion about it yesterday.
